This is a scarf organizer I made for my cousin's birthday. She wears scarfs EVERYDAY! Winter scarf.... spring scarf... & summer scarf! =) So I thought why not make an orgainzer for all her scarfs that I saw awhile back on Dollar Store Crafts.
