Well, Marie sent me the pictures to her daughter's cupcake party and they were so adorable!
Cute cake by Minia's Bake Shop. I love how the colors match the theme so perfectly
I designed the cupcake toppers and banner, and made cake pops/bites for the special birthday girl!

Niles' Baptism

Annette, a very close family friend, had asked me to make favors and the party decor for her son Niles' Baptism. Theme was baby blue, white and a lil bit silver.
The banner "God Bless Niles"
What's a party without the pom pom balls!?! =)
Niles had TWO cakes!!! These were made by Tara from Tara's piece of cake. I loved the cakes she made. I asked Annette if she had a site and when I looked....OH MY GOODNESS...she makes FABULOUS cakes!!!  The frame you see of Niles (between the cakes) was a centerpiece Annette put for each table along with a flower centerpiece, I didnt get a chance to take a picture of that but it was so cute!

love it love it love it!!!!
Now...on to the favors...she wanted both cupcake bites & pops

God Bless You Niles Quinn!
Isn't he so cute!!!!

LadyBug Cake Pops!

LadyBug cake pops!!! This is the first time I ever made anything OTHER than cupcake pops or ball pops!!! I think they came out cute! A mutual friend, Candace has asked  me to make cupcake pops for her daughter's 2nd birthday that was a ladybug theme... I was thinking how was I going to make a cupcake pop that would resemble a lady bug....then I thought why not try making an actual ladybug! I used mini chocolate chips for the spots.
They look so yummy to eat!!! I don't like ANY type of bugs but now I'm fond of ladybugs! =)
These are cupcake bites. I tried experimenting with the green, I wanted it to look like a ladybug on a grass but I ended up using some brown bottoms because I thought they looked better. I hope Candace liked them! =)

Custom Wedding Favors

I'm baaaccckkk!!! For tonight actually, My computer CRASHED!!! This is the 3rd time the SAME computer has crashed!!! It's time for me to get a new one! My cousin has actually let me borrow her laptop for tonight so I can upload wedding pictures from my sis-in-law's wedding to my family site...I thought why not do a blog post in the meantime! (pictures are still uploading...hehe)
My sister in law Trudy asked me to make her wedding favors...she wanted me to make cupcake bites with her personalized M&M!!! What a GREAT IDEA!!! You may remember that I did a post on their Save The Date Cards
One set of m&ms were their picture and the other set was their names followed by the wedding date. The wedding colors were brown, champagne, and a little bit of gold.
I'm so bummed that my computer crashed! In my computer I had the finished product of the favors and her wedding invitations I was waiting to post AFTER wedding...now everything is lost!!! =(  These pictures are from my phone, I will show you the favors as soon as the Bride gets her photos...I'm hoping the photographers took a picture of the favors! eeeeks!!!

HAPPY EASTER!!!

HOPE YOU GUYS HAD A GOOD EASTER!!! I had so much fun, we celebrate with both families; mines and my hubby's.
For my family, we celebrate at lunch time. We had a potluck style this year, of course I was going to make something that has to do with cupcakes! =) I made cupcake bites. I was trying different sprinkles, cake balls instead of "cupcake" style. I need to stick with cupcake style, the balls were harder for me!
I knew I wasn't going to have time to make cupcake toppers but I know that Kim from TomKat Studio would come thru for me and she did! And as a bonus, I bought the entire collection for half off! =)
Then, we headed to my parents-in-law's house early evening for dinner. I made regular cupcakes and still using TomKat's toppers.
BUT...it was also my brother-in-law's birthday too! His name is Micky, I thought why not make Mickey Mouse toppers! I also had some Mickey Mouse cupcake liners on hand already.
Notice the sprinkles? Its also Mickey Mouse! hehe!
Notice I used the Disney Font? Download them for free! Just google FREE FONTS! =) So many to choose from! I love so many creative fonts out there! Again...hope you guys had a great Easter! I'm still FULL from all the food! =)
