Jake goes to Kindergarden!

Oh how time flies! It was my son's FIRST day of Kindergarden! I didn't know what to expect! I wasn't sure if he'd look for me or start crying...turns out I'M the one teary eyed!!!

He's been waiting to go to school! I didn't enroll him in Pre-School because I thought he didn't need to. He's pretty smart for his age and he gets along with anyone and everyone! So today I was so nervous to leave him! When we picked him up, he was so excited and he said he couldn't wait to go back tomorrow! Yes...easy peazy!!! Now one down and one more to go! hehe!

Now I can't wait for the bake sale IF they do ever have one! And now I can FINALLY make use of all these FREE back-to-school printables!

Here's some I saw so far...

There's so many over the web! I can't choose what to use!

Cupcake toppers: How to add stick and cover back

There's SOOO many cupcake toppers out there that you can purchase! But for those DIY printable ones...many of you have asked...
"How do I attach stick?"
"How do I cover back?"
"Do you put toppers on both sides?"

So with that being said, I wanted to share what I use to cover the back =)
I use a 1 in circle punch and punch thru a return address label so it becomes a sticker! =) BUT I found these OLD label tags laying around and I've been using this. If you notice, I leave a flat end on one edge for easy peel off. You can even use a full sheet of sticker paper. Or you can get these 1 in circles labels from your local office store.
I peel of the back of one circle and attach to a stick or 4" lollipop stick, then stick on back of topper! And you're done!

With this,  its NO need to add another topper to back but if you decide to, instead of this 1 in circle sticker, use double stick tape.

I hope these answer your questions! =)

{FREE PRINTABLES} "To From" Tags!!!

My family members are always asking me to print a tag for them for their gifts. Since I'm always designing a specific color for them, I thought why not give them a PAGE full of colors to choose from! They love using my tags and I decided to share them with you too for FREE!!! Do you or your children get gift bags that you can recycle? Well use these tags to add on to those bags! I save ALL my bags that I can reuse! Some bags already comes with tags and the guest writes their name on it...just cut the old tag off and use this tag to re-use! Saves you lots of $$$ and time from going to the store!
Download the file from link below, print and cut! EASY!
I cut with a 2" circle or scallop punch. You can even use a square punch! (Note: On one of the tags is a square for square punch, if you don't have a punch, just simply cut with scissors!)

You can use with ANY size bags

Or simply stick on a gift box
Or use them on anything!
If you don't have a 2" punch, thats ok! It also works with a 1.5" circle punch.
Don't have ANY punch? No problem, just cut with scissors! =)
I hope you enjoy the printables!

It was my birthday last week and yessss... I made myself a cake! I really wanted to make a cake! I saw this Hello Kitty cake pan (by Wilton) at the store and I HAD to buy this! Those of you that know me, I'm a big fan of Hello Kitty! hehe!
I just wanted to share how it came out, the final outcome. I just simply followed the directions that came with the pan. Basically its just piped on with all "stars"
I was pleased with the outcome and said HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEEE! hehe! =)

I also made Hello Kitty cake pops to go with the cake =)
